“We received the latest SKK on March 5. “This SKK is to settle Santosa hotel tax arrears amounting to IDR 8.7 billion,” continued Romula.

For the time being, the hotel has proposed Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU). After being declared bankrupt, the assets and property of the bankrupt debtor will be managed by a curator under the supervision of a supervising judge.
